At Shore Precision Mfg we provide extremely complex precision CNC Machining services by using our modern equipment and manufacturing techniques. We service industries including Medical, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Military, and OEM. Our services offer prototyping to production Shore Precision Mfg specializes in machining exotic materials such as: 300 and 400 series Stainless Steels, 17-4 PH, Kovar , Invar 36 , Molybdenum, Titanium, Tungsten, Tantalum and more commonly used alloys such as Lite Aluminum's, 4140, 4340, Brass, Copper to name a few.
Wire EDM Services
Shore Precision Mfg Wire EDM Services (Electrical Discharge Machining Services) with parts size capabilities of: 20” length, 12” Width, 12” Height, and wire size capabilities down to .002 in diameter while holding tolerance to .0001. Size and location with surface finishes as low as 4RA with our Makino U53J Ultra precision wire EDM. All machines are capable of four axis machining, taper cutting up to 40 degrees.
